I’ve spent my career paying close attention to what I eat. Food has to fuel performance, but it should taste good too.

When I met Jess, a mom searching for snacks her kids could actually eat, her story hit home. Then I tried sorghum, naturally gluten-free, nutrient-rich, and climate-smart, and I knew I wanted to help bring Cob to life.

Now it’s a staple in my home. Snack time with my kids is one of our favorite parts of the day, and Cob makes it fun, clean, and craveable.

When my son was little, he faced a series of unexplained health issues that no doctor could solve. After months of tracking his meals, I discovered the cause — a severe corn allergy. Within weeks of removing corn from his diet, everything changed.

We went completely corn-free, cooking everything from scratch, but one thing I couldn’t replace was popcorn. After trying every grain imaginable, I found sorghum: tiny, delicious, and full of nutrients. Our whole family fell in love, and Cob was born.
