Sometimes you just want to get elbow deep into the process and create some memories with your kids! Creating your own Halloween treats and candies from scratch together is a tradition we love!
1. Vegan Chocolate Caramel Cups
Indulge in the rich, dairy-free delight of Vegan Chocolate Caramel Cups for a
guilt-free treat.
2. Cob Crispy Treats
A childhood classic turned allergen-friendly, these “Cob” Crispy Treats substitute Rice Crispies for kettle corn for a crunchy sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 10 oz corn-free Marshmallows (or make your own from scratch!)
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil or Avocado oil or Butter
- 4-5 cups Cob Kettle Corn
Recipe:
- In a bowl, microwave the coconut oil for 30 seconds. When melted, add the marshmallows and microwave for 1 minute. Mix well.
- If you’re making homemade marshmallows, you can skip the microwave and just use the marshmallow mix before it sets.
- Add kettle corn to marshmallow mixture until well coated and sticky.
- Pour mixture in an 8 x 8 pan and press firmly and allow to set for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy! (Added bonus to drizzle in chocolate)
