Bought this because we were trying a reduce lectins in our diet. We were also unsuccessful at popping our own sorghum. The olive oil and pixel version is great. My only complaint is that the unpopped kernels in the bag are a bit hard to chew, and it would be better if these were filtered out beforehand and not included in the bag.
