Fabulous tortilla chips with NO CORN! I had nachos for the first time in decades. And the second time. And the third!
I started planning Nachos for supper as soon as I saw the delivery day. My husband and I both enjoyed these tortilla chips with my safe salsa, queso, hatch chilies, and guacamole. We agreed they tasted, crunched, and felt like corn chips.
I ate the remaining chips in the same manner the next two days. So we got 4 servings from one bag.

These are so good! Almost a bit too salty, but not overwhelmingly so. I haven't had corn in 11 years, and it's so nice to finally have a tortilla chip that tastes like a corn tortilla chip! GREAT job! Already ordered my next 6 pack 3 days into my first delivery.
